Seun is a first generation Nigerian-American therapist. She was born and raised in Denver, Colorado by a single mother.
Seuns' counseling style is primarily strengths based. She firmly believes that every person possesses unique strengths and abilities waiting to be harnessed for personal growth and healing.
Her sessions are about recognizing areas of change, setting measurable, attainable and personal goals and consistently working to achieve those goals. She intentionally celebrates resilience and potential which she believes resides in everyone.
